We craft each cap with precision, ensuring your custom designs are brought to life during the manufacturing process.
Our team efficiently packs your products into cartons, ensuring they are secure and ready for shipment.
Once packed, your caps are loaded onto NOVAE transport vehicles. After clearance, they are dispatched to various destinations.
Upon arrival at their destination, you’ll receive a notification so you can arrange the final collection of your shipped goods.
When you partner with NOVAE, every transaction is secure. Here’s a breakdown of the costs involved in your purchase:
We are certified by Sedex, WRAP, BSCI, GOTS, GRS and etc.
We focus on OEM instead of wholesale. So the products shown in the website are mostly to demonstrate the shape, decorations/techniques, fabrics and styles we normally produce.
Normally the lead time is 7-10 days for sampling and 45-60 days for production. However, it will vary according to different market conditions. It will be subject to the schedule confirmed to you by the sales representative.
If you use the fabric and color from NOVAE regular stock, the MOQ will be flexible and lead time will be shorter.If you choose the fabric from open market or choose to custom dye your fabric, please contact your sales representative about details.
Normally we will respond within 12 hours .
